
The Kempinski Residences & Suites, Doha, the first property in Qatar operated by the global hospitality group Kempinski Hotels, has opened its doors to guests.
With a history dating back to 1897, Europe’s oldest and most established luxury hotel collection boasts an impressive portfolio of properties across the world.
The Kempinski Residence & Suites, Doha will be operated and managed by Kempinski Hotels. The property is owned by Alfardan Group Holding.
Currently the tallest building on Qatar’s dominating West Bay skyline, the 62-floor residence tower will have 370 fully-furnished serviced suites for short-, mid- and long-term rental, targeting residents as well as corporate travelers.
Crowning the skyscraper will be two duplex Sky Villas with six-bedrooms each, sprawled across 1050sq m of luxury.
