Doha, March 14 (QNA) – Under the gracious patronage of H.H. the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Qatar Career Fair 2010 (QCF) was opened at the Qatar International Exhibition Centre on Sunday morning under the slogan “Discover Today.

Succeed Tomorrow”. The five-day event is organized by the Emiri Diwan, Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar University and the Ministry of Labor. The opening was attended by H.E. the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Industry Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah and several of Their Excellencies Sheikhs and Ministers. H.H. the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent toured the fair pavilions where he was briefed on the recruitment plans, vision and objectives of the exhibition.

QCF 2010 aims to provide jobs, training, development and career guidance, and attract Qatari graduates to enter the labor market and benefit from their potential in advancing the development in Qatar. (QNA)
